All 1354 identified peptide masses in the matrix are presented as a function of the Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney probability p-value. The white bars represent the frequency of peptide masses in the control group with a specific p-value, while the black bars represent the frequency of peptide masses with a p-value in the prostate cancer in end stage disease group. 128 peptide masses have a p value of less than 0.01, ranging from 2.7 * 10-7 to 9.9 * 10-3.
