  1. yku70 is a major player in NHEJ pathway and its deletion strain is used as a control. Each experiment is repeated four times and the results are combined. The efficiency of the wild type to repair double stranded breaks is set at 1.000. The repair efficiencies for the other two strains are related to this value.
