  1. A multiple ANOVA test was performed on efficiencies obtained from 700 reactions. Dependence with amplicon sequence, sample, Ct and dilutions were tested as well as all combinations of co-dependence. Df indicates the degree of freedom. The larger the F-value, or the smaller the p value, the more significant is the effect of the corresponding parameter.
