A distribution of averages. In Figure 1c, each sample path ω(t) was evaluated at t₁ to obtain a value of X _A . The average proposed in [3] is the mean of the distribution of these X _A values. In this figure, the average value $\overline{\omega }$ of each sample path is computed using the formula $\overline{\omega }=\frac{1}{t_1+t_2}{\displaystyle {\int }_0^{t_1+t_2}\omega \left(t\right)}dt$. The mean μ of the distribution of these values is the average that we propose here.
