Pattern ID: Unique pattern number assigned by StatiGen to combination of pairwise comparison results. # Found: # Genes in the actual data identified as members of that expression pattern. # Expected: The number of genes one would expect based on the Monte Carlo estimation of chance occurrence. Z score: The distance (in standard deviations) away from the chance occurrence probability. Note that StatiGen does not report underrepresented patterns (negative Z scores; see Results [limitations]).
