  1. The response variable is sampled from binomial (Bernoulli) distributions. The degree of dependence between the response Y and X2 is regulated by the probability p of the binomial distribution B(p) of Y conditional on X2, with the relevance parameter taking values in {0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2} to model different degrees of dependence.
