  1. For each sample (A, B, C, or D) and each fold-change (B/A, C/A, D/A, C/B, D/B, or D/C) all pairwise inter platform correlations were computed. For each sample correlation coefficient, up to 2250 correlation coefficients were computed; for each fold-change correlation, 90 correlations were computed.
