Titration trend: The correlation coefficients between the observed responses for Samples C and D and the expected responses as predicted by the corresponding mixture of the observed values of Samples A and B. The proportions of the genes that the difference between the observed and the expected responses are within the 20.5 = 1.41 fold change. The proportions of the genes follow the titration trend model from the 2-step goodness-of-fit procedure.
