Unfavorable interactions involving the two binding arms and the end sequences of the ribozyme catalytic core are present in structures predicted for GUC3. (B) The representative structure for 29.8% of the predicted structures. (C) The representative structure for 20.9% of the predicted structures. (D) The representative structure for the remaining 4.4% of the predicted structures. The sequence for the ribozyme 5' binding arm ends at A9, and the sequence for the ribozyme 3' binding arm starts at A32.
