Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) of expression profiles for control, 8% comfrey-fed, and 1 mg/kg riddelliine treated groups. The log2 intensity of the entire gene set was scaled by Z-score transformation, and then these values were hierarchically clustered using Euclidean distance metric and average linkage.
