Updated GOLDsurfer 3D plot for visualising LD. The settings for rendering the upper and lower triangles of the 3D contour can be individually adjusted using the panel on the right side of the plot. In the upper triangle pairwise LD is plotted for cases only with the colour representing LD as measured by D' and the height showing r². In the lower triangle LD is plotted for controls only, with r² as colour and D' as height. The column plot in the diagonal is showing, failure rate, average LD and association p-values.
