The mean values of B(v) and Dis(v) are indicated with the vertical and horizontal dotted lines, respectively. Note that small values of B(v) and Dis(v) are attributed to most vertices in the network. The number of vertices in the network significantly exceeds the number of points in the plot: that is, many vertices having the same properties are represented by one point.
