The figure shows the fit of five network models (ER, ER-DD, GEO-3D, SF-BA, and STICKY) to four PPI networks (yeast-core, fly-core, worm-core, and human-core) with respect to two networks properties: (A) GDD-agreement, (B) RGF-distance. The larger the GDD-agreement in panel A, the better the fit, and the smaller the RGF-distance in panel B, the better the fit [6,7].
