Table 2 Simultaneous analysis of dilution series of 5 targets. For each target, 3 series of 5 samples each were pooled into a single group. Precision is defined as SEM divided by F0. The accuracy factor is the geometric mean of the measured dilution steps (calculated from the F0 values) divided by the intended dilution step, i.e. 4.
