The diphosphate region of model 4 (light coloring) is superimposed on the same diphosphate region of model 2 (standard coloring). The diastereotopic names of prochiral center P2A have consistent names (O4A and O5A), but the pro-S and pro-R names for prochiral center P1A are not (O1A and O2A, respectively, for model 2, and O2A and O1A, respectively, for model 4).
