Each of 38 replicate profile pairs was normalized using the procedures TFN-heights (panel A), TFN-Areas (panel B), TFN-Areas-LT (panel C), FPT-heights (panel D) and FPT-areas (panel E). As a result of normalization, T-RFs are removed from the profiles. The figures show the number of T-RFs in each profile after normalization.
