  1. The table shows the five setups for baseline/threshold settings that were employed in this study. Baseline was either set automatically by the corresponding software of the real-time cycler (‘automatic’), or set to cycles 3 to 15 (‘3–15’). The threshold was either set automatically by the corresponding software of the real-time cycler (‘automatic’), or set to one of two different normalised dRn values (‘0.1’ or ‘0.05’).
