Alignment accuracy is strongly correlated with the number of errors in trees estimated by DNAML. Tree accuracy was measured using the Robinson-Foulds distance . Results are shown for low (∘), medium (△) and high (+) indel rates, for the different methods presented in Table 8. +), and tend to give the most accurate alignments and trees.
