In the first section, SOM-BSfinder performances with its defaults parameters. In the second section, default parameters of FTSite [21,22] and Q-SiteFinder [19] were used; (*) Values for FTSite were calculated on a set of 35 targets [22]. In the last section, default parameters of SiteHound [27] were used.
