A bait and prey method was used to reconstruct a sub-network using the
predicted interactome. Two proteins known to be involved in the Calvin-Benson-Bassham cycle were used as bait (blue color nodes) and their first neighbors are the captured prey (green color nodes). These two known CBB-cycle proteins do not directly interact, but interact with several other proteins that serve as intermediates.
