SISRS identified fewer informative sites for deeper nodes in the tree; however, some sites identified each split in all cases except for extremely diverged species with low-coverage data. Fewer sites were recovered for the tree with short deep branches, compared to the equal-branch-length tree, while more sites were recovered for the tree with long branches
