Distribution of the 490 differentially expressed genes in neural cells. The Jvenn diagram compares the 490 DE genes of this study (DE_NvsWT) with genes representing the transcriptional signature of neurons, oligodendrocytes and astrocytes (obtained from [31]). Focusing on genes specifically enriched in each cell-type we find: 71 neuronal genes, 167 astrocytes genes, 45 oligodendrocytes genes. Unmapped genes are 196, whereas 9 genes are shared between two cell- types
