The red bars represent the error rates after quality trimming with sickle (minimum quality score: 20, minimum read length: 10) and the yellow bars represent the results after error correction with BayesHammer. The results of the combination of both methods are displayed by the blue bars. (Error rates [0,1] are measured as errors per base.)
