This network defines a pharmacological neighborhood where every node can reach every other node within a maximum of three hops, Tamoxifen and Ovarian cyst serve as hub nodes that can connect any two other nodes. The size of a pharmacological neighborhood is used as a measure of relatedness between the two hub nodes
