As a result of this, bacteria (dotted green line) are cleared more rapidly at the time of the second injection. Both IgM (solid cyan line) and IgG (dashed red line) levels obtained with the PN model (a) are in good agreement (from a qualitative point of view) with the results obtained by using the UISS framework (b)
