Summary of discoveries from this study. ceRNA interaction participates in crucial processes in brain, such as intercellular signaling and synaptic transmission, as well as oncogenic or tumor suppressive functions in GBM, including growth of tumor, tumorigenesis of malignant tumor, proliferation of malignant tumor, and proliferation of tumor cells. Furthermore, interaction strength among three immune response genes, CCL22, IL2RB, and IRF4, is predictive of patient prognosis
