Dynamic regulatory map of Winter Manitou. The x-axis is the time-points in days. The y-axis is the gene expression levels. This map contains 10 paths. Each path corresponds to the mean of the fold change of expression level of the genes that belong to it, relative to day 0. The size of nodes corresponds to standard deviations of the fold changes. This map is obtained using the TF-gene interactions (Fig. 2, Additional file 1) and the gene expression data of the Winter Manitou as input to the DREM algorithm, using a TF split cutoff score of 0.005
