This is an example of the EB estimated network containing a transcriptional unit regulated by PurR (pur(E,K,B,C,S,Q,L,F,M,N,H,D)), that are shown in pink. As the EB method was the only method used that allowed for connections between transcriptional units, we can see the additional information gained from this by those elements connected to this transcriptional unit. These include the pyr transcriptional unit that is also known to be regulated by PurR
