From: Inferring miRNA sponge co-regulation of protein-protein interactions in human breast cancer
The pipeline of miRSCoPPI. In Step 1, we identify BRCA-related miRNA sponge interaction network by combining matched miRNA, lncRNA and mRNA expression data, and experimentally validated miRNA-target interactions. In Step 2, BRCA-related miRNA sponge interactions, PPIs, and lncRNA-target interactions are firstly combined into a network, and we search for miRSCoPPI motifs from the combined network. Then, the identified miRSCoPPI motifs are merged to obtain the BRCA-related miRSCoPPI network.
