Contig binning on the six testing datasets. a-f are the results of six synthetic and real datasets for the five tools. The blue-, green- and red-colored bars are recall, precision and ARI, respectively. The bars without border are the criteria of the original outputs of the five tools. The bordered bars are the criteria after using \( {d}_2^S\mathrm{Bin} \). It is obvious that performance increases in each case after adjustment by \( {d}_2^S\mathrm{Bin} \)
