PrInCE precision of the predicted interaction list is a conservative estimate of the number of false positives. Predicted interaction lists were generated for dataset D1 at multiple user-defined precision levels (PrInCE precision), and their precision was re-estimated (Mrowka precision [27]). PrInCE lists were generated using a random 2/3 subset of the CORUM reference and precision was re-estimated using the remaining 1/3. Median values from 100 iterations are shown, and bars show the interquartile range
