Ratio = 10 means that the mean score of active data is 10 times greater than that of inactive ligands for the target. The numbers of targets were measured for the ratio intervals divided by 1, 10, 100, 1000, 10,000, 100,000, 1,000,000 and the x-axis of the graph was log-scaled. The result shows that almost all targets (99%) have the ratio over 10 fold
