From: Bi-objective integer programming for RNA secondary structure prediction with pseudoknots
Evaluation of BiokoP on some examples of RNAs. Reference structures and best predictions of BiokoP, pKiss, McGenus, RNAsubopt and IPknot for 30 solutions returned, of (a) the pseudoknot region PK4 (H type) [35] of the Legionella Pneumophila tmRNA (PKB70) and (b) a pseudoknot-free hammerhead ribozyme (RFA_00393) [37]. For each structure is displayed the rank and the F1-score. The views were obtained with the RNA visualization tool forna from the ViennaRNA Web Service [36]
