The PCSF subnetworks for ABC patients. The node sizes and edge widths are proportional to the number of appearance in multiple PCSF runs. Circular nodes are terminals and algorithm uses triangular nodes to connect terminals. Nodes are colored according to subnetwork membership. The resulting subnetwork for ABC patents was significantly enriched in NFKB pathway (cluster in purple located at top right of the figure) and composed of up-regulated ABC genes including IRF4, FOXP1, IL6, BATF and PIM2
