In the left window, the user selects the protein, anchor residues, a range of loop lengths, and the number of results desired. Additionally, the user can opt to retain the source sequence of loops used and/or enforce symmetry. Results are then listed in the table in the left window and can be viewed or saved before selecting one for further design
