Illustration of the three steps for automated proteins addition in the vicinity of a reaction. The first step is to generate a Voronoi cell for each entity in the map. The second step is to generate several randomly assigned points in the Voronoi cell of reactions catalysed by proteins. The third step consists in using the k-means algorithm to generate the needed number of clusters and assign the cluster’s centroids coordinates as those of the proteins catalysing the reaction in question
