PyCellBase and CellBase architecture overview. Data from different biological databases and sources are integrated into CellBase, which implements a set of RESTful web services that query a centralized database containing the most relevant biological data sources. These RESTful web services are used by PyCellBase to query and fetch desired data in JSON format for further analysis and integration with other applications
