Table 2 Comparison of different methods with respect to three topological metrics, namely, Rand Index (RI), Adjusted Rand Index (ARI) and Normalized Mutual Information (NMI) for the Yeast PPI network. When a method is compared with itself, RI, ARI and NMI are 1 (diagonal elements). Larger (smaller) the value of RI, ARI and NMI, the more (less) similar are the two methods being compared.
