The numbers inside parenthesis after L2 and S2 represent the number of genes that DAVID could annotate, which is generally less than the number of genes in those communities. The first column lists the broad category of pathways (GIP: Genetic Information Processing). Many pathways enriched in L2 and S2 have good overlap (a large number of genes are common).
