[16], with focusedMDS generated from correlation distances (panel a) and Euclidean distances (panel b). A cluster of neuronal cells (interneurons as red, pyramidal somatosensory cortex (SS) as yellow and hippocampal pyramidal CA1 neurons as green) can be seen to form a separate cluster from oligodendrocytes (lime) and support cells (microglia as blue, endothelial-mural cells navy, and astrocyte-ependymal cells as purple), though some cells appear to be between the defined clusters.
