For baseline subtraction and data normalisation, experimental replicate sets can be selected from drop down lists, identified by the numerical labels used in the Plate Setup spreadsheet. The analysis pipeline is started by clicking the Start Analysis button. Fitting results are accumulated in the Results panel from which data plots can be triggered for visual inspection
