Odyssey Workflow. Odyssey performs 4 steps after data cleanup: Pre-Imputation Quality Control, Phasing, Imputation, and GWAS Analysis. Data can be easily removed from the pipeline at the ends of each major step. A Population Stratification and Phenotype Prep Module are provided, which assists in the removal of ancestral backgrounds deemed unwanted though a PCA-based approach and normalizing phenotypes
