Topological properties of simulation network in situation 2. In situation 2, the number of newly added duplication genes and de novo genes are unknown. For given length of evolutionary time, the number of newly added genes are estimated according to the generation rates of genes. We obtain two simulation networks based on the traditional model and our improved model and compare the topological properties (a Average degree, b Transitivity, c Pathlength, d Node betweeness and e Edge betweenness) of these two kinds of simulation networks.
