Schematic overview of the workflow. Three different modes are available in MIPRIP 2.0. The single-mode can be used to predict the most relevant regulators of the gene of interest based on a single entity of the disease or condition. The dual-mode compares the regulator predictions of a gene of interest between two different diseases or conditions (e.g. treatment versus control). The multi-mode can be used for more than two diseases or conditions to identify the most common and condition specific regulators of the gene of interest
