For the pathway search from glutamate (C00025) to proline (C00148), if the user searches for “ornithine” in the “Find” selection bar, they will be presented a list of compounds that match their input. They can then select L-ornithine (C00077) from the “Find” compound selection list, and it will be highlighted with a bolded salmon-colored outline in the graph. Users can search for any compound in the graph by entering either the compound’s common name or KEGG id
