From top to bottom the pathways are sorted according to the tightness change computed from the CGP. The red bars represent the 17 pathways found to be statistically enriched with differentially expressed genes (up-regulated) in GM12878 with respect to K562. The horizontal axis shows the pathway tightness change. A negative value indicates that the pathway genes are in closer proximity in GM12878 but far apart in K562.
