Voxel-wise differences between MCI participants with AD-like tau patterns and CN-like tau patterns defined using the 3D-CNN classifier. Significantly greater tau was observed in EMCI (a, c) and LMCI (b, d) with high AD probability (“AD-like,” 0.95 ≤ AD probability score ≤ 1.00) relative to the low AD probability group (“CN-like,” 0 ≤ AD probability score ≤ 0.05).
