The PCA visualization of raw data and modified data. We performed SCC in three different datasets. The three datasets are Kolod, Pollen and Usoskin. Next, we performed principal component analysis on raw and new matrixs and used the first two principal components to draw the scatter plot. The left plots are the scatter plot of raw data and right plots are the scatter plot of modified data. As shown in Fig, we can draw a conclusion that SCC can make cells with the same types aggregate more closely
