Simulated (required) and predicted trajectories for a selection of 20 RBCs in a simulation with stiff cells (channel A). The simulated trajectories (red) are taken from simulation A50c. As we can see, the stiff RBCs are unable to pass through the narrowest slits of the channel and block it. The predicted trajectories were calculated using the system of bases trained on the simulation A50a, in which the regular RBCs moved fluently through all the slits of the original channel
