Predicting novel drug targets. a Predictions scores. We compared the distribution of predictions scores among the training set (approved cancer drug targets), validation set (clinical drug targets) and the rest of the proteins. The median score for the approved targets is the highest (0.96), followed by the clinical trial targets (0.73) and the rest of non-target proteins (0.11).
